Plow designed for professional winter road maintenance

The Rolmako snow plough is a robust piece of equipment designed to operate with an agricultural tractor equipped with a front three-point linkage. It is intended for snow removal from public roads, parking lots, and all paved and unpaved road surfaces. The Rolmako snowplough operates efficiently on city streets, minimizing the load on the connected vehicle. Additionally, it is highly effective for forming silage piles and pushing materials such as manure. The snow plough's concave high wings retain snow, allowing for the removal of significant snow cover in a single pass, ensuring rapid and efficient snow clearance. The snow plough features a sturdy central body with hydraulically adjustable wings, whose well-engineered design and extensive reinforcements provide a reliable solution for snow removal in all conditions.

When others depend on you, you can rely on your snow plough

The designers of the Rolmako snow plough considered compatibility with high-power tractors up to 350 HP. Utilizing the highest quality materials ensures that the Rolmako plow remains robust and durable. The central pin and critical connections between the wings and the central body are engineered to endure frequent positional changes. The wings and blade are designed for efficient snow removal, even at low speeds. The Rolmako snow plough can handle frontal loads up to 12.5 tons. The machine's width is adjustable to suit various spatial conditions. Efficiency, durability, and versatility are the hallmarks of Rolmako snow ploughs, meeting every challenge of snow removal.

When there is a need to move a large amount of snow quickly and efficiently, the professional choice is clear—the Rolmako snow plough.

Machine construction

1. Three-point linkage

The massive suspension system serves as a supporting element of the mulching harrow. The solid tower of the three-point suspension system makes the machine durable and resistant to loads.

2. Central body

The massive plough body enables the full utilization of modern agricultural tractors' power.

3. Terrain copying system

A terrain copying system utilizing a swinging suspension with a rubber shock absorber enables the plow to tilt and adjust the blade according to the terrain.

4. Spring shock absorption

The plough is fitted with overload protection. Upon encountering a curb, manhole, or other obstacle, the blade compresses the spring and deflects.

5. Ploughshare

The rubber blade retains flexibility and strength at low temperatures. It is resistant to impact and snow. Optionally, the blade can be fabricated from HARDOX steel.

6. Bumper protecting the blade

The plough is equipped with a standard bumper for blade protection. Without a bumper, the blade exhibits noticeable wear in areas where the plough impacts the curb.

7. Plough wing

The plough wings can be adjusted to any angle, providing high adaptability to current conditions to ensure optimal snow removal efficiency.

8. Universal applicability

The adjustable positioning of the plough wings makes it a versatile tool for snow removal. The plough is also highly effective for forming silage piles, pushing (e.g., manure), and earthmoving.

9. Additional accessories

The plough can be optionally equipped with a stepless screw for adjusting the working height of the snow blade, finished with a Hardox shoe, Blickle wheel, or Küper skid.

10. Robust oversized plough frame

The solid construction of the body and wings is the most important element of the snow plough. The amount of steel used in its construction makes it a massive device that allows the use of high power of modern agricultural tractors and is an investment for many years of use.

11. Quality steel

Achieving a high-quality final product necessitates the use of superior metallurgical materials; therefore, in manufacturing the agricultural machine frame, we utilize fine-grained Swedish steels S500MC and S700MC.

12. Laser processing of sheets, tubes, and profiles

The application of laser techniques in the production of agricultural machinery facilitates precise cutting in high-quality, hard sheets, where conventional chip drilling methods are challenging and costly.

13. Steel shot blasting and powder coating

Proper preparation of machine parts combined with powder coating ensures a durable and robust coating. Additional maintenance and complicated care are unnecessary.

14. Robotic welding

The precision and repeatability of machine components are ensured by automatic welding, guaranteeing the highest quality component manufacturing for you. Our advanced robotic devices enable us to perform the most demanding welding tasks.

  • Plowshare
  • Spring protection
  • Plowshare setting
  • Working positions

Purpose and advantages

The heavy-class plough Rolmako is designed for:
- snow removal
- preparation of silage piles
- earthworks.

Advantages of the Rolmako snow plough:
- 50 mm thick blade, 250 mm high (large surface for abrasion)
- High plow wings (1.2 m), profile ensuring efficient snow deposition
- Double chrome hydraulic cylinders for challenging conditions
- Robust construction allows operation with large tractors.

Ploughshare

The rubber blade maintains its elasticity and durability at low temperatures and is resistant to impact and snow adhesion. The working element is divided into four sections, with each part operating independently, thereby reducing stress. The plough comes standard with a bumper that protects the blade. Without a bumper, the component shows clear signs of wear from impact with curbs. Rolmako snow ploughs are standardly equipped with a component that protects the blade when working on curbs. The bumper significantly extends the snow blade's service life. When equipped with a HARDOX metal blade, the machine can be used for light earthworks and leveling dirt roads.

Spring protection

The plough is equipped with overload protection. When the blade encounters a curb, manhole, or other obstacle, it compresses the spring and deflects. Initially, this mechanism cushions the impact with obstacles hidden under a snow layer up to 120 mm high, then adjusts the blade's angle of attack to a negative value, allowing the plough to slide over the obstacle. The overload protection ensures the machine's resistance to uneven ground and obstacles beneath the snow. The terrain copying system, based on an oscillating suspension with a rubber shock absorber, enables the plough to deflect and the blade to adjust according to the terrain.

Plowshare setting

A stepless screw for adjusting the working height of the snow blade is mounted to the plough. Retrofitting the machine with a Hardox skid, support wheel, or Küper skid significantly extends the blade's service life. Blickle wheels, made from the highest quality rubber compound, have a diameter of 250 mm and are characterized by high load-bearing capacity, durability, and excellent workmanship. The Küper skid, which combines steel, rubber, and corundum, offers the highest durability. Compared to ordinary steel skids, it provides up to 300% greater abrasion resistance.

Working positions

The primary advantage of Rolmako snowploughs is their versatility. The wings can be adjusted to any angle, allowing for high adaptability to current conditions, thereby ensuring optimal snow removal efficiency. Altering the wing setting significantly broadens the application area. Rolmako snowploughs, with variable, adjustable wing geometry, are versatile machines for various conditions. All working positions are integrated into one snowplough: extension position, V-setting, pulling, one-sided right or left. The closed position to the center is beneficial when there is significant snow accumulation.
