VibroSTAR is a pre-sowing cultivator equipped with specialized tines, ensuring optimal seedbed preparation. Available in a trailed version with a working width of 6m to 8m, this unit features a modular design that allows for any configuration of working devices according to cultivation technology needs. Intensive cultivation reduces the number of passes and retains soil moisture. The unique design of the support system and wheels maintains the machine on the field surface, ensuring consistent working depth and facilitating quicker entry into the field with a seeder.
Comprehensive offering of all tools in a single machine
New standard for field preparation before sowing
The VibroSTAR machine features a frame with staggered support wheels, so the main frame of the machine has two support axles. Thanks to this design, VibroSTAR maintains a constant position relative to the field, and the tines from all cultivation beams work the soil at the same working depth. The high-frequency vibrating SN 45x12 tines are mounted in 5 or 6 working rows. The vibrations cause larger soil clumps to remain on the surface layer of the field, while finer elements fall below. This creates a field surface that is resistant to weather conditions and at the same time creates a suitable environment for seed-to-soil contact. The frame is suspended at a high height. Significant clearance combined with spaces between the tines allows for the flow of significant amounts of soil and crop residues, as well as precise and intensive soil cultivation ensuring optimal conditions for sowing.
Multiple tools utilized in a single work pass
The VibroSTAR cultivator ensures optimal sowing results. It intensively cultivates the soil in areas requiring slightly deeper treatment. The hydraulic depth control function in VibroSTAR units allows for adjustment of the working depth according to field conditions. The specialized frame construction compensates for field unevenness and adapts to terrain changes. The VibroSTAR cultivator can be fitted with an additional rear hitch, enabling the attachment of a Cambridge pre-sowing roller, which compacts the soil and enhances cultivation intensity. This combination produces a fragmented soil structure, ensuring optimal growth conditions for small-seed plants such as sugar beet.

Looseners of tractor traces
When working on compaction-sensitive soils and with reduced working depth, it is advisable to use tractor wheel track looseners. They are the first element acting on the soil directly behind the tractor, lifting, loosening, and leveling the soil compacted by the wheels. The position of the wheel track looseners can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. The spring-loaded eradicator provides a constant release force. Effective loosening of the tractor wheel tracks eliminates uneven plant emergence after sowing.
Crossboard drag
The drag is constructed from hardened springs and bent working tips. Positioned ahead of the disc section, it breaks up clods and levels the field, creating an optimal surface for sowing. The harrow is effective on stony fields as it does not bring stones to the surface. For challenging conditions, an optional stabilizing beam can be mounted to connect the working elements into a unified system for enhanced leveling. When a hard crust forms on the field surface, an aggressive skid with DoubleKnife tines is recommended.
Tillage tines
The Rolmako VibroSTAR is a trailed cultivator requiring low power, featuring SN 45 x 10 mm tines arranged in 5 rows for variable cultivation depths from 0 to 12 cm. Its flexible narrow coulter facilitate intensive soil loosening and are elastically mounted to deflect freely upon encountering obstacles. The standard 35x210x6 mm straight coulter can be substituted with a 120 mm goosefoot.
Spring comb beam
The optional rear spring comb beam, mounted behind the second Crossboard, evenly spreads soil across the field, ensuring uniform development conditions for the next crop. The spring comb allows adjustment of the working angle and pressure on the soil to suit various conditions. It is an excellent supplementary tool, enhancing initial conditions for sown crops.
String roller
The crushing roller smoothes the field surface and additionally cultivates the soil, enhancing its structure for sowing small-seeded plants. It is designed for pre-sowing cultivation, leveling the upper soil layer. The string roller crushes clods of soil and has a compacting effect.

Fully equipped tillage unit
1. Tractor wheel track loosening zone. Optimal loosening of tractor wheel tracks ensures uniform plant emergence after sowing.
2. Preliminary soil leveling zone. A precisely leveled soil surface allows for uniform loosening of the seedbed.
3. Working element zone. The soil is crushed by the tine working section to the set depth. The cultivation depth should match the planned sowing depth. The tines vibrate with significant intensity, causing larger soil elements to remain on the field surface, and smaller fractions to be located in the lower soil layer. The use of goosefoot coulters ensures cultivation and cutting of weeds over the entire surface.
4. Leveling zone behind the cultivation section. For enhanced leveling, the Crossboard can be equipped with a stabilizing beam, enabling all its elements to function as a single unit and preventing the movement of individual working elements.
5. Final soil leveling zone. Ensures a perfectly level surface and minimal clods before subsequent sowing.
6. Final leveling and clod crumbling zone. The roller's small diameter facilitates improved leveling. Optimal final leveling of the crop surface ensures uniform seeding depth. The user accomplishes the required number of passes to attain an ideal seedbed.
Chassis and depth adjustment
The U 445 cultivator depth adjustment system enables on-the-go adjustments of the machine's working depth to match current soil conditions without the need to leave the tractor. This feature ensures optimal sowing conditions in areas that require deeper loosening, and a quick return to previously set parameters. Utilizing a hydraulic cylinder with memory, the machine reverts to its prior working depth when lifted and lowered, such as on headlands. This reduces strong shocks during transport, thereby extending the main frame's lifespan. The suspension system also ensures a smooth and quiet ride, even at higher driving speeds.
Simultaneous regulation of Crossboard drags
In the version of the unit equipped with both front and rear Crossboards, the adjustment of both tools is synchronized via a single hydraulic cylinder. This configuration includes, as standard, an additional hydraulic cylinder to correct the position of the rear drag relative to the front.

Extensive export experience has enabled us to craft an offer aligned with customer expectations. Numerous configurations and additional agricultural equipment options allow us to adapt the device to specific field conditions. Years of dedicated efforts by Rolmako employees in enhancing the company's products ensure we deliver the highest quality products to the most remote regions, where they have proven effective in diverse soil systems.
Oversized agricultural structures
Rolmako tillage machines distinguish themselves from competitors due to their superior weight. The company's development team designs agricultural equipment to endure the most challenging working conditions. Rolmako machines efficiently cultivate land in demanding regions worldwide without requiring additional loads. The substantial amount of steel in their construction makes these tillage tools robust, enabling the utilization of high-power modern tractors and ensuring long-term farm investment.
Steel providing an advantage
Increasingly larger and more powerful agricultural tractors subject the structural elements of agricultural machinery to significant stress, pushing them to their operational limits. Modern agricultural structures are expected to demonstrate high resistance to loads and an extended service life. Achieving a high-quality end product necessitates the use of superior-quality steel in production. Accordingly, we utilize high-quality Swedish fine-grained steels S500MC and S700MC, as well as carbon and boron steels for heat treatment and the wear-resistant Hardox. The use of these high-quality steel products ensures our agricultural equipment is highly durable and capable of operating at high speeds with high surface efficiency.
