The organizer of the competition "Rolmako in the Farmer's Lens" is Rolmako limited liability company. The competition is intended as a multi-year event with annual prizes. Participants may submit photos of Rolmako machines on the farm and during fieldwork.
1. Contest participants
1.1. The competition is aimed at amateur photographers.
1.2. Participants of the Contest may be minors who have obtained written consent from their parents or guardians to participate in the contest.
1.3. The following cannot participate in the Contest:
a) persons representing or employed by the Organizer
b) persons involved in the preparation and/or conduct of the Contest
c) persons associated with the Organizer through a contract of mandate, a contract for specific work, or in any other way collaborating with the Organizer
d) family members of these persons.
1.4. Members of the immediate family are understood as: ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, and life partners.
2. Rules for participating in the contest
2.1. Works can be created using any photographic technique.
2.2. One participant can submit a maximum of 20 photos per year.
2.3. Photographs should be submitted in electronic file form (in digital form, with a minimum size of 2272x1704 pixels and a resolution of 300 dpi).
2.4. The organizer reserves the right to exclude works of low technical quality from the Contest.
2.5. The file name or the message description should include the author’s information: first name, last name, phone number, as well as a brief statement that they are the author of the submitted works and hold the copyright to them.
2.6. By submitting works to the contest and providing their personal data, the Participant thus consents to their publication and any use by the Contest Organizer.
2.7. The organizers reserve the right to present the submitted works in any form free of charge.
2.8. In the case of awarded and distinguished works, the organizers reserve the right to multiple, free publications.
3. Awards and distinctions
3.1. A 3-person Committee appointed by the company Rolmako will evaluate the works and select the Winners of the Contest.
3.2. The best works will be rewarded in the Contest, and the Committee will assign first, second, and third place. In cases of a large number of submitted photos, the Committee may decide on a greater number of awards in the Contest. The Contest resolution will always take place at the end of the year.
3.3. The winners are selected after verifying that all conditions of the Contest have been met by the Participants and selecting the three best photos by the Contest Committee.
3.4. The Committee's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
3.5. The prizes in the contest will be company gifts and gadgets, as well as a 25% discount on the purchase of an agricultural machine for the top three places, and a cash prize of 1000 PLN for the first place, 750 PLN for the second place, and 500 PLN for the third place.
3.6. The winner agrees to the Organizer using their name and surname for the purposes of the Contest.
3.7. In the event that the competition entry contains the Participant's image, they consent to its use.
3.8. The minimum number of participants in the Contest is 5. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Contest will not be concluded, and participants will be informed via email.
3.9. Each selected Contest Winner loses the right to the Prize if:
a) they did not meet the conditions of these Rules
b) they do not provide the necessary personal data within 14 days from the date of the Contest's conclusion and announcement of results (first name, last name, correspondence address)
c) does not collect the prize sent via a courier company to the specified address or does not collect the prize by the agreed date with the Organizer at the Organizer's headquarters.
4. Place and deadline for submitting works
4.1. Photographs exclusively of Rolmako agricultural machines should be sent to the address: marketing@rolmako.pl or via the form on the website.
4.2. The deadline for submitting photos is the end of November each year.
5. Processing and protection of personal data
5.1. By entering the Contest, each Participant consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer.
5.2. The processing of personal data will be conducted in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as other applicable data protection regulations supplementing and/or implementing the GDPR, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000).
5.3. The Organizer is the controller of the Participant's personal data within the meaning of GDPR.

By entering the Contest, participants agree to the processing by the Administrator of the following personal data: name and surname, email address, phone number, and in the event of the need to send a prize, also the correspondence address.
5.5. The personal data of Participants will be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of:
a) organization and conduct of the Competition, selection of the Winner, award issuance, handling complaints, as well as pursuing and defending against claims related to the Competition
b) informing about the Competition results and the scope of activities necessary to carry out tasks related to the implementation of the Competition
c) fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator for a period resulting from regulations governing a given obligation
d) use of the license.
5.6. The personal data provided by the Participant will be stored for the duration of the Contest, and after its conclusion for the time necessary to select the winners and award the prizes. After the aforementioned period, the personal data will be archived for the period required by applicable law or for the period of limitation of potential claims.
5.7. The recipients of the personal data provided by the Participant will be entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular IT companies and marketing agencies, as well as entities authorized to receive data under the law, including entities cooperating with Rolmako.
5.8. In connection with the processing of personal data, the Participant has the following rights:
a) the right to access the data content
b) the right to rectify the data
c) the right to delete the data or the right to restrict the processing of data
d) the right to data portability
e) the right to object to data processing
f) the right to withdraw consent to data processing by the Administrator at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
g) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the regulations.
5.9. Based on the personal data of the Contest Participants, the Administrator will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling within the meaning of GDPR.
5.10. Providing personal data by the Contest Participant is voluntary; however, it is a condition for the realization of the Contest's objectives.
5.11. The personal data of the Contest Participant will not be processed for the purpose of automated decision-making, including profiling.
6. Copyright – Granting License
6.1. The Participant declares that they are entitled to the economic copyright of the photo submitted within the contest and guarantees the legality of the submitted content.
6.2. The Participant declares that the photo is not encumbered with the rights of other persons and does not violate the rights of other persons, particularly copyright and personal rights.
6.3. In the event of the Participant of the Contest violating copyright or other rights belonging to third parties, the Participant of the Contest shall be liable for this and undertakes to indemnify the Organizer from all liability in this regard towards third parties.
6.4. Upon entering the Contest, Participants grant the Organizer a free, unconditional, and territorially unlimited, non-exclusive license (with the right to grant sublicenses to entities cooperating with Rolmako) to use the submitted photos during the Contest as well as after its conclusion, in the fields of exploitation referred to in Article 50 of the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright and related rights, including the following areas of exploitation:
a) in terms of fixing and reproducing the photo – producing by a specified technique, including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording, and digital technique
b) in terms of trading a copy of the photo – putting it into circulation or lending
c) in terms of distributing the photos in ways other than specified in a and b above – public performance, exhibition, display, as well as public sharing of the photos in a way that allows anyone to access them at a place and time of their choice, and dissemination in the press, on the Internet, on billboards, at fairs, etc.
d) in the scope of using the photo or its part in advertisements, promotions, in particular the Participant consents to the use, processing, and publishing of the submitted photo on the Organizer's website and on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube profiles, and other social media. The Participant also agrees to the use of his/her photos for marketing and training purposes.
6.5. The Organizer has the right to use the photo or any part of it in all fields of exploitation described above and to make any changes, adaptations, or modifications to the photo or any part of it.
6.6. In the event of winning the Contest, the Participant agrees to the Organizer publishing information about their participation in the Contest and its result.
6.7. For granting a non-exclusive license with the right to sublicense, the Contest Participant is not entitled to any remuneration.
6.8. The license will be granted for an unlimited time.
6.9. If the Participant cannot effectively grant the license referred to in this paragraph - including without infringing the rights of third parties - he/she cannot submit such a photo to participate in the Competition.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations provided that the changes do not negatively affect the rights of the Participant. Changes to the Regulations come into effect from the moment they are published, and the previous version of the Regulations applies to competition entries made before the publication of the changes, unless the Participant of the Competition accepts these changes.
7.2. Matters not regulated by the Rules will be decided by the Organizer.
7.3. The law applicable to all matters, including legal relations related to the organization or participation in the Contest, is Polish law.
7.4. In matters not regulated by these Rules, generally applicable legal provisions shall apply.
